My Highchair

Daddy recently put together my highchair. I am finally getting where I enjoy sitting in it. It is great because I can hang with mom in the kitchen and see everything she is doing. I have these fun toys on it too. My arms are just about long enough to be able to play with them. I was finally able to touch them today! Here are some fun pics of me and my highchair.

Four Months Today!!

It is hard to believe that our baby is already four months old. He is really so much fun. His four month birthday however is celebrated with a bad cold/allergy attack for Bryson and Mommy. So we have spent a lot of time sucking boogers out of his nose and wiping his nose. Poor thing! Since he hasn't been feeling too great he has been doing a lot of resting. Isn't this picture just the sweetest thing!

There is not too much exciting and new in the world of Bryson. Cereal is still a bit iffy in his mind but we are still trying. He sure is having fun rolling over, scooting, and playing with toys. He has really started giggling and it is just too darn cute. I have been trying to get "organized" so I can go back to work (sniff, sniff) and not feel like a crazy mommy. It is going to be hard not being with Bryson all day. He is really getting to be so much fun and such a good, happy baby. Rice Cereal...A Big Hit? Not Sure Yet!

Well we started trying to feed Bryson rice cereal. I tried for the first time last week. I think I made it too thin and it really just kept running out of his mouth. So we tried for a second time last night using a thicker mixture. He did better this time. He wasn't quite sure why I kept sticking the spoon in his mouth. He frowned everytime I did. Once he got used to that I think he actually maybe ate some. He seemed to enjoy putting his fingers in his mouth more. He obviously didn't get too much because he drained a bottle dry an hour later. Anyway the pictures were cute and fun so enjoy Bryson's messy face.

My Four Month Doctor Visit

Bryson had his four month checkup on Tuesday. He weighed a whopping 16 lbs. 3 oz. and was 24 and 3/4 inches long. He is really getting big. We got the okay to try rice cereal so that fun will now begin!

I Want To Crawl Sooooo Bad!

Bryson has been rolling over for several weeks now. He has now discovered how he can push with his feet and scoot where he wants to go. He loves to scoot right off the blanket I put him down on. You can tell he wants to crawl so bad but he just can't coordinate the arms and the feet quite yet. I am sure it will be only a matter of time before he will be ALL over the place.

Yee Haw Dasher! Giddy Up Doggie!

Daddy decided I needed to "ride" the dogs this weekend. They really weren't all that cooperative. Everytime I tried to ride them they would walk right out from under me. Comet would get tired of me on his back so he would just sit down and I would slid all the way down his back. Maybe I can try again someday.

Uncle Brandon Got A New Mustang

Uncle Brandon and Shaun came to visit tonight. Uncle Brandon has a bright, shiny, new Mustang. It is so cool I had to pose with him in front of it. Mommy and Daddy got to go for a ride in it but due to car seat constraints I was stuck riding in the mommy mobile. They sure did look like they were having fun roaring down 75. I think they were trying to break the car in for Brandon. I sure wish I got to go for a ride.

Since Brian is traveling again, Bryson and I headed to Gran and Grandad's for a visit. You know they never turn away Bryson when he wants to come visit. Here are just a few funny pics from our visit there.

Gran is so nice. She has a comfy crib set up for me when I come to visit. I love to squirm around in my sleep. I was able to turn completely cross ways. Pretty impressive huh!

If you look really carefully you can see Mommy forgot to give me a new diaper before I went to sleep so I left her a huge wet spot when I woke up!

Two Free Hands

Our sweet Baby Bryson has been a bit grumpy lately. And pretty much driving his parents crazy. All he wants is to be held. So Brian and I spend our evenings passing him off to each other so we can get things done. Brian had finally had it tonight and broke out the Baby Bjourn that we recently got as a present. Brian was very excited that he could eat his desert and hold his beer at the same time. He finally had two free hands. Bryson liked it for awhile but still wanted to walk around the house and wasn't happy just sitting. We are praying that this "grumpy" phase will pass very quickly.

I Love My Daddy!

I am such a lucky kid. I have an awesome Daddy. He comes home everyday from work and gives me bunches of kisses and is ready to play. He sings me silly songs and of course we watch Horsepower TV. I know he sometimes gags and screams for Mommy when I spit up. He also holds his breath when he has to change my REALLY dirty diapers but I know I am very lucky to have such a wonderful Daddy. I can't wait to work on the car, fix stuff, play on the computers and play paintball with you. I love you bunches Daddy!

Happy Fourth of July Everyone From Bryson

Happy Fourth of July everyone! We had a great day at Gran and Grandad's. We had a bunch of family get together for some good eats and fun. Of course we spent a great deal of time oooing and ahhing over Bryson. Just a few highlights from the day! As you can see Bryson had a really good time!

We had to have some "official" Fourth of July pictures with his patriotic bear! Bryson was a bit grumpy but I managed to get a few good shots. I of course had to add what I imagine Bryson is thinking!

Bryson's Tongue

Bryson has developed a new fascination with sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth. Just had to share a picture. I personally think it is rather funny!
